Earthbound at the Burning Man Festival
Every year, Earthbound takes a crew of hearty souls out to the middle of the Black Rock Desert to participate in one of the world's most sureal events, the Burning Man Festival. The event is held out in the middle of the high desert in north-eastern Nevada, far from any other life forms on the face of the planet - nothing but alkali dust for miles (just for the record, the Black Rock Desert is the largest contiguous piece of flat land on Earth).
Over Labor Day Weekend, many free spirits and lost souls voyage forth to the desert, participating in founder Larry Harvey's sociological experiment in spontaneous community.
Below is just a very small taste of some of the things Earthbound has brought back over the years.
